Nigeria's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Tuggar, met with Burkina Faso's junta leader, Ibrahim Traoré, in Ouagadougou on Wednesday in a high-stakes diplomatic effort to resolve the detention of Nigerian soldiers and their aircraft.
