It is never a delight to eat one's humble pie, as Former Minister of the Federal Republic, Femi Fani-Kayode will quickly tell you.

Following controversies, denials and outrage that was stirred by his comment a while back, that he had been in an 'intimate relationship' with former beauty queen and widow of Chief Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, Bianca Ono in the '80s, Chief Fani-Kayode has come out to retract that statement.

In a statement released through his lawyer, Rotimi Akinola, on Thursday, Mr. Fani-Kayode simply accepted that he erred by making the comment. he however when on to say that it was “bizarre, absurd and inexplicable” that the wife of the late Biafran warlord...claimed they were never acquainted."
